By uploading, posting, or otherwise submitting any images or content (“User Content”) to AI Creator Awards, you hereby grant AI Creator Awards a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the AI Creator Awards website, its social media accounts, and its promotional content related to the brand. This license includes the right for AI Creator Awards to make your User Content available to the public through any media channel without further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. This license extends to the use of User Content for promoting, advertising, and endorsing AI Creator Awards and its services.
